In2025, Khoi Minh Import-Export Trading and Service Co., Ltd. successfully implemented the project maintenance – servicing – repair of the HVAC system at City International Hospital (CIH). This is a major international hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, with stringent requirements for its central air conditioning system to ensure a safe, stable, and energy-efficient medical environment.

Throughout the 17-day period, Khoi Minh's engineering team performed the comprehensive maintenance and repair workflow, ensuring uninterrupted and stable HVAC operations to support continuous hospital services.

In this project, Khoi Minh performed maintenance and servicing for the following primary equipment categories:

• Chiller – Central Cooling System
• Water Pumps and Cooling Towers
• Air Handling Units (AHU) – Air Processing Systems
• Primary Air Units (PAU) – Fresh Air Supply Systems
• Fan Coil Units (FCU) – Localized Indoor Units

Cleaning & Sanitization

• Internal and external equipment housing (Chiller, AHU, FCU, AC units)
• Condenser coils, evaporator coils, and honeycomb cooling tower fills
• Air filters, Y-strainers, and supply/return/exhaust air plenums
• Air diffusers/grilles and condensate drain lines

Inspection & Technical Assessment

• Voltage, current, and motor insulation resistance
• Refrigerant pressure and temperature; inlet/outlet water temperature
• Lubricating oil, solenoid valves, and flow switches
• Temperature probes and pressure sensors
• Thermostats and room temperature settings
• V-belts, bearings, pillow blocks, and electrical connections
