SunWorld Ba Na Hills is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Vietnam, welcoming thousands of visitors every day. To ensure the best experience for guests, the Chiller – HVAC and Heatpump systems must always operate smoothly, maintaining stable temperature and humidity. Recognizing this importance, Khoi Minh implemented a comprehensive maintenance and servicing project, including the replacement of 8 Heatpump cooling fans, to help the system operate optimally and sustainably.

Project Implementation Time

• Implementation Period: September 9, 2025 – September 16, 2025
• Location: Arapang Area, B12 – Heatpump system at Ba Na Hills
• Special Note: Maintenance work was carried out during off-peak hours to avoid affecting the visitor experience.
  

Project Implementation Process (Chiller – HVAC Maintenance and Servicing)

Oil & Refrigerant Handling

• Address oil leaks and refrigerant leaks in circuits 1 & 2 on the chiller in the Arapang area.
• Recharge refrigerant, ensuring operating pressure is within standards.
• Replace filter driers for optimal refrigerant circulation.
• Replace expansion valves for the chiller in the B12 area, ensuring stable refrigerant flow control.

Pressure Measurement Device Inspection & Replacement

• Replace all faulty water pressure gauges, re-inspect the pump system.
• Record parameters and perform acceptance testing after test runs.

Heatpump Cooling Fan Replacement

• Remove 8 old fans with rust and burned windings.
• Install new fans, and calibrate them to technical standards.
• Run system tests, check speed, noise, and heat dissipation performance.
