To address the issues of refrigerant leakage, oil leaks, and reduced cooling performance, Khoi Minh Trading - Service - Import Export Co., Ltd. has been entrusted to carry out the chiller maintenance, servicing, and repair project at Rohto Mentholatum.

- Objectives: Effectively address refrigerant leaks, oil change, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and system-wide operational checks.
DETAIL SCROPE OF WORKS
1. Preparation & System Isolation
Prior to commencing repairs, the Khoi Minh technical team will take the following safety measures:
- Complete power disconnection and place warning signs at the control panel.
- Evacuate all refrigerant from the system to prevent fire and explosion risks.
- Pressurize Nitrogen into the piping system to accurately identify the refrigerant leak location at the condenser.
2. Leak Repair & System Leak Testing
- Proceed with sealing the refrigerant leak location using specialized copper welding, ensuring a completely sealed connection.
- After welding, charge with Nitrogen and maintain pressure for 24 hours to verify the system's integrity.
- Regularly monitor pressure to confirm there is no further refrigerant loss.
3. Vacuuming & Refrigerant Charging
- Employing a high-capacity vacuum pump, evacuate all air and moisture from the piping system for 4-6 consecutive hours.
- Recharge with the correct type of refrigerant, as per Climaveneta Chiller specifications.
- Check and replenish compressor oil as needed to ensure stable lubrication.
4. Electrical & System Control Checks
- Check the power supply, measure the operating current of the compressor and condenser fans.
- Inspect relays, contactors, pressure and temperature sensors.
- Ensure signals from the BMS (Building Management System) are functioning correctly without any fault warnings.
5. Test Run & Performance Evaluation
After completing all maintenance tasks, technicians will perform a system test run and record:
- Chilled water inlet/outlet temperatures.
- Compressor suction and discharge pressures.
- Current draw of each compressor for comparison with standard specifications.
The system will be monitored for 2-3 consecutive operating cycles, ensuring stability and no further refrigerant leaks.
